Freckled Ivori is not responsible for lost/ damaged packages.

If an issue with an order (of a physical product) that was placed months prior to the day the consumer is emailing/contacting Freckled Ivori, Freckled Ivori cannot take further actions. If the shipment was already sent out and ended up lost, that is out of Freckled Ivori's control. As stated above, "Freckled Ivori is not responsible for lost/ damaged packages."

If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, email Freckled Ivori. Make sure you add a subject to your email, this helps me attend to your needs quicker, send proof of your order, and information, and a picture of the items that you received.

Package Sent Back? This happened due to an insufficient address, when filling out at check out you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc.
Freckled Ivori is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.
